Inclusive Education for All

In Nigeria, kids with special needs are often not afforded the basic accommodations to enable them to pursue the same opportunities as their peers. One reason that stands out is the lack of dedicated special‑needs teachers in schools, which keeps millions of kids—future leaders of the nation—out of the classroom. The importance of an educated next generation cannot be understated.

The Special Ones Foundation is committed to placing special‑education teachers in schools so that children with developmental differences receive the personalised learning plans they need to succeed. This initiative benefits not only the children but also the school system as a whole. Our goal is to raise $5,000 to launch and sustain this program for at least two years, with 25% already pledged by our board. Your support helps make this dream a reality.

Meal Drives & Social Impact

Hunger affects children across abilities and communities, and many face a choice between learning and eating. To address this urgent need, we run meal drives where $10 provides one nutritious meal and $5 extends our reach. Every dollar goes directly toward sourcing, preparing, and distributing meals in rural communities.

Our latest initiative leverages micro food influencers and adjacent content creators to host lunches for children who would otherwise go without. With $600 in seed funding, each host organises a local lunch, documents the experience, and shares it on social media to raise awareness and funds for future programs. By combining meals with media, we turn compassion into action and inspire others to join our cause.
